About iiQWorks
iiQWorks provides a shared engineering environment for moving KUKA robot projects from layout and feasibility work into programming, commissioning and maintenance. It creates digital twins, derives collision-free paths from CAD data, predicts cycle time and energy use, and transfers validated configurations to iiQKA.OS2 controllers without interrupting production.
The free Cockpit application manages software, assets and licences. Sim Basic covers drag-and-drop cell configuration, I/O mapping and deployment preparation, while licensed Sim Advanced adds multi-robot simulation, virtual controller instances, controller round-loading and online program analysis. KUKA states cycle-time prediction accuracy of 98 percent for evaluated projects.
