About KUKA KMP Mobile Platforms
KUKA KMP is a family of autonomous topload platforms for moving workpieces, pallets, containers and battery modules through factories and warehouses. The KMP 250P, 600P and 1500P use differential drive for payloads of 250, 600 and 1,500 kg, while the omnidirectional KMP 3000P carries up to 3,000 kg and can reposition large products in confined production areas.
The platforms support SLAM and QR-code positioning, with obstacle detection for people and changing plant conditions. Flexible interfaces allow the vehicles to connect to production and material-flow systems, and KUKA.AMR Fleet coordinates jobs and traffic when several units share a site.
