KR DELTA

KR DELTA uses a ceiling-mounted parallel-arm architecture to perform rapid pick, place, packing and sorting cycles over conveyors. The current four-axis family includes 6 kg and 15 kg models, reaches from 250 to 455 mm by arm-length definition, and supports a large working envelope with minimum cycle time below 0.32 seconds.

Standard carbon-fibre versions target fast secondary packaging, while the stainless-steel Hygienic Machine model is designed for primary food and pharmaceutical areas. Protection varies from IP65 to IP67 and IP69K by configuration. Lifetime-lubricated gearboxes, self-lubricating ball heads and KR C5 controllers are intended to reduce maintenance and simplify line integration.
