KR SCARA

KR SCARA is KUKA's four-axis selective-compliance robot family for high-cycle assembly, joining, testing and pick-and-place. Current models span 6 to 60 kg total load and 500 to 1,200 mm reach, with peak cycle times of 0.36 seconds for the 500 mm arm and 0.38 seconds for the 700 mm arm.

Standard, ISO 5 cleanroom, food and ESD-protected configurations adapt the family to electronics, battery, biomedical and packaging cells. Internal routing carries air, power and data to peripheral equipment. KR C5 micro controllers, iiQWorks.Sim and PLC mxAutomation connect the arm to simulation, cell controls and established KUKA programming workflows.
