About KUKA omniMove

KUKA omniMove is a modular heavy-duty mobile platform for moving and positioning oversized loads in industrial plants. Its E375 and E575 configurations cover rated payloads from 3,000 to 25,000 kg, and the platform can be scaled in length and width around the carried component. Models travel at up to 3 km/h with positioning accuracy specified to plus or minus 3 mm.

Individually driven Mecanum wheels let omniMove translate sideways, rotate and change direction from a standstill in confined spaces. Operators can drive it by remote control or use autonomous navigation without artificial floor markings. An optional self-contained energy supply supports configurations that need independent onboard power.
