LIFTBOT

About

About LIFTBOT

LIFTBOT travels on a rail mounted temporarily to scaffolding or directly to an industrial structure. Interchangeable platforms carry scaffold components, insulation, paint, tools and mechanical equipment at speeds reaching 42 metres per minute and working heights certified to approximately 50 metres.

The battery-powered system installs in roughly 20 minutes, runs for around ten hours and can operate automatically without continuous supervision. KEWAZO reports average movement of approximately six tonnes during an eight-hour shift with a three-person crew. ONSITE software records load, height, operating time and utilisation, while KEWAZO CARE provides training and maintenance.

Context

Market context

LIFTBOT is a construction logistics robot for moving scaffold and material loads on building sites.

  • Target environment: Construction sites, scaffolding workflows and multi-floor building projects.
  • Workflow context: Material movement for construction crews, especially repetitive lifting and transport around scaffold work.
  • Customer context: Construction contractors, industrial maintenance teams and scaffolding service providers.
  • Deployment model: Commercial site robot with remote-controlled lifting and swappable battery operation.
  • Commercial maturity: Commercially deployed in narrow material-handling workflows.
  • Adoption constraints: It is a material lift, not a personnel lift; deployment depends on site setup, payload workflow and lift path constraints.
  • Market position: Construction-specific logistics robot rather than a humanoid, AMR or general mobile manipulator.
  • Adjacent products: Construction robotics, site logistics robots, material-lift systems and jobsite automation.
