VOXL 2
About
About VOXL 2
VOXL 2 combines an eight-core Qualcomm QRB5165 processor, eight gigabytes of LPDDR5 memory and approximately 15 TOPS of AI performance on a 70-by-36-millimetre board weighing around 16 grams. An integrated flight controller, inertial sensors and barometer allow it to replace separate autopilot and companion-compute boards.
Multiple MIPI camera interfaces support visual-inertial odometry, obstacle avoidance, mapping and object detection at the edge. The software stack includes PX4, ArduPilot, ROS, ROS 2, Docker, OpenCV and ModalAI autonomy services, while optional cellular and Wi-Fi modules support connected operation. VOXL 2 is in active production and forms part of the Blue UAS Framework ecosystem.
