MotionWise Communication

MotionWise Communication is automotive middleware jointly developed by TrustMotion and ZettaScale for connecting software across central computers and embedded controllers. It combines DDS and Zenoh to carry data-centric, service-oriented and signal traffic through one communication layer, with vehicle-wide quality-of-service controls and time-sensitive networking. C, C++ and Python APIs expose the same core services to application developers.

The product spans high-performance processors and constrained microcontrollers, including Zenoh-Pico integration with AUTOSAR Classic. It supports Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR, ROS 2, Linux, QNX and Android targets. TrustMotion also specifies ISO 26262 ASIL D quality, ISO 21434 cybersecurity certification and mixed-criticality isolation, positioning the middleware for production software-defined vehicle programmes with different safety levels on shared compute.
