Z50-S

Z50-S is the high-lift model in Mushiny's shuttle AMR range. The vehicle uses a chain lifting structure inside an extruded-aluminium-profile mast and is designed to access elevated storage while keeping the mechanism comparatively compact. Mushiny publishes a 1,560 × 880 mm footprint, a maximum overall height of 6,000 mm, a 300 kg maximum load and a 1.6 m/s maximum travel speed.

The product is intended to shuttle loads between high-density storage positions and handoff stations under warehouse-system control. It fits Mushiny's broader goods-to-person and high-bay automation portfolio, Lift speed, battery duration, navigation accuracy, aisle clearance and throughput depend on the completed rack, tote or load interface, station layout, traffic rules and robot-management configuration. The 6 m figure is the maximum height of the product configuration.
