NSR-PG Precision Gripper / Robotic Caliper

New Scale Robotics supplies the NSR-PG as the measurement and handling tool within its Q-Span workstations. The end effector combines force-controlled finger motion with robotic caliper measurement so one robot can pick a part, measure it and route it by inspection result. Its compact design supports multiple tools on a robot arm, and the Universal Robots version connects at the tool port or through New Scale’s multi-tool mount without external arm cabling.
