About Modular
Modular combines an omnidirectional mobile base with interchangeable torso, arm, sensing and end-effector modules. Its holonomic drive can translate and rotate within narrow industrial work areas, while the upper body positions tools and objects across line-side stations. The modular mechanical architecture allows one base platform to be configured around handling, inspection or manipulation requirements.
O-ID targets the system at assembly support, case picking, transfer between machines and mobile inspection. Customers can exchange body modules as workflows change and connect the platform to plant equipment and application software. The robot remains an early commercial industrial platform offered through direct deployment projects, with hardware configuration and task integration tailored to each operating site.
