SS20

SS20 is a compact unmanned surface vehicle for single-point water sampling in lakes, rivers and reservoirs. Ducted thrusters reduce entanglement around debris and aquatic plants, while remote navigation and automatic collection let one operator obtain samples without launching a crewed boat.

OceanAlpha specifies a 1.1-by-0.6-metre hull, 17-kilogram operating weight with battery, eight-knot maximum speed, four hours of endurance at three knots and a 10-litre sampling capacity.
