About DefendAir
DefendAir is ParaZero Technologies' modular counter-UAS system centred on a configurable single-shot Net Pod. Manual, perimeter and airborne arrangements deploy a physical net to capture hostile drones, addressing targets that may be unaffected by radio-frequency jamming.
The platform-agnostic pod can be fitted into several interception configurations for forces, critical infrastructure and protected areas. Its evidence supports net-based capture, not a claim that every detection, tracking or command component is intrinsic to the pod. The current hero is a text-heavy promotional collage, so strict exact-product edge-to-edge media remains unresolved.

Timeline
- ParaZero outlines DefendAir and ThirdEye Iron Web vehicle-defense architecture
2026-10-06 - Capability - ThirdEye’s Iron Web is intended to detect and classify approaching drones around armored vehicles. DefendAir would provide controlled, non-explosive net interception as the final physical protection layer. Integration and commercialization work continues under the September 15 MOU, with a joint AUSA showcase planned for October 12–14.

2026-09-15 - Partnership - The proposed system combines ThirdEye electro-optical and AI detection with ParaZero DefendAir net-based interception. Initial integration targets armoured vehicles, with critical-infrastructure applications also contemplated. The agreement covers joint development and integration rather than a completed deployment or customer order.

2026-09-09 - Partnership - The cooperation had already progressed to integration work after an earlier purchase of DefendAir Net Pods. ParaZero engineers are expected to support integration at the counterparty’s European facility. The parties plan a joint demonstration of the vehicle-integrated configuration.

2026-07-27 - Partnership - ForceField contributes passive electro-optical detection, AI analysis, engagement management and human-in-the-loop control. DefendAir adds autonomous net-based interception for locations where a non-destructive response is preferred, including airports, energy facilities and other sensitive sites. An Israeli trial campaign validated interoperability between the two systems under operationally representative conditions.

2026-07-24 - Commercial Order - Dedicated engineering support accompanies the Net Pods for integration into the customer's autonomous counter-UAS system. The modular architecture supports autonomous, fixed, mobile and unmanned host platforms with differing technical requirements. ParaZero described support spanning initial configuration and testing through later development stages.

2026-06-01 - Commercial Order - The customer plans to integrate Net Pods into advanced autonomous defence applications. The pod provides a kinetic but non-explosive interception layer for autonomous, unmanned and other host platforms. ParaZero positions the wider family across vehicle-mounted, airborne, fixed and man-operated portable configurations.

2026-04-01 - Commercial Order - The framework requires full integration of the Net Pod into the customer's new autonomous interceptor-drone platform. It includes a minimum purchase commitment for 2,000 customised Net Pod units. The integration is intended to support deployment of the customer's interception configuration across international markets.

2026-03-13 - Commercial Order - The package comprised an evaluation kit, net pods, a live exercise and training support. Its patented non-explosive launcher captures hostile drones with a net to limit collateral impact. The evaluation and training elements were intended to support rapid deployment and readiness across urban and battlefield settings.

2026-01-30 - Commercial Order - The follow-on purchase came from the same strategic defence customer as the earlier order. It covered operational net pods engineered for integration across multiple host platforms. The net-based interception layer is intended to neutralise aerial threats in complex environments while limiting collateral damage.

2026-01-02 - Commercial Order - The package included system units plus integration and training support intended to accelerate operational readiness. The non-explosive net-launching method is designed to stop hostile drones while limiting collateral effects around troops, infrastructure and urban areas. ParaZero linked the procurement need to drone threats against ground forces and critical operations observed in recent conflicts.

2025-12-22 - Demonstration - About 40 senior military officers representing several Western European NATO states attended the exercise. Simulated hostile drones were intercepted in scenarios covering battlefield force protection and critical-infrastructure defence. The exercise was conducted with ParaZero's regional distributor; follow-up discussions and tender activity were still prospective at publication.

2025-10-24 - Commercial Order - The package covered the counter-UAS system, customer integration and operator training. Its patented net launcher physically captures hostile drones while seeking to limit collateral damage in urban and other sensitive environments. ParaZero cited its earlier field demonstrations, where the company reported a 100 percent interception rate, as validation for the configuration.

2025-08-25 - Demonstration - The hand-held net launcher was tested against fast-approaching multirotor drones in scenarios specified by an Israeli defence branch. ParaZero reported interception in every scenario, following a July 2025 demonstration for Israeli security and defence professionals with the same claimed result. The trial addressed passive, non-transmitting threats such as fibre-optic-guided drones that radio-frequency countermeasures may not stop.

2025-07-28 - Demonstration - The Israel trial paired a stationary net-turret launcher with optical detection and tracking for autonomous detection-through-interception operation. A larger net expanded area coverage for faster and larger drone threats around critical infrastructure, government buildings and other high-value sites. The turret configuration extended the product line beyond the portable net-gun version to cover both stationary and mobile defence roles.
