About

About RenuBot

RenuBot is an all-electric autonomous mowing robot for vegetation management at utility-scale solar and energy facilities. Its 3.05 × 1.83-metre body stands 0.71 metres high, allowing the machine to work beneath panel rows, while the 1.60-metre cutting deck adjusts to uneven terrain. Stored-map navigation, obstacle sensing and centimetre-level RTK positioning guide repeated mowing routes.

The robot returns autonomously to a separate Recharge Pod for charging, software updates and diagnostics. Mission Control lets asset owners and operations teams monitor location, performance and maintenance schedules from computers or mobile devices. Renu Robotics says more than 100 units are operating in the field, including mowers used by Enel North America to maintain vegetation at its Blue Jay solar site in Texas.
