About AssayMate
AssayMate is a benchtop liquid-handling workstation for repeatable sample-preparation and assay methods. An eight-channel air-displacement pipetting head spans volumes from 3 to 1,000 microlitres without a head change, while pressure-based liquid-level detection checks aspiration conditions. A separate gripper transfers plates between deck positions and compatible peripheral devices, allowing one programmed method to combine pipetting and labware movement.
The deck provides twelve primary positions plus four staging locations. Available integrations include thermal cyclers, heater-shakers, heating or cooling blocks and magnetic separation hardware. AssayPREP software supplies drag-and-drop method design, collision checking, run monitoring, error handling and reporting. It is sold for research use; delivered accuracy and throughput depend on tips, liquids, labware, calibration, method validation and the selected accessories.
