plate::handler family

The plate::handler family is Revvity’s robotic plate-feeding system for moving labware between storage and compatible laboratory instruments. FLEX configurations support equipment such as Celigo image cytometers, Cellaca cell counters and Operetta or Opera Phenix imaging systems. Packages range from benchtop feeders to standalone arrangements with additional storage or incubation.

The same robot and software are used in Revvity’s broader workflow-automation systems, allowing an installation to add instruments or develop into an explorer G3 workstation. Some imaging configurations also include onboard liquid handling. This makes the plate handler the transport element within a scheduled assay workflow, supplying plates for unattended or overnight processing while the selected instruments perform the measurements.
