About RSX1

RSX1 is the shuttle layer of ROCKETSOLUTION’s automated small-parts storage system. Rail-guided vehicles move loads of up to 50 kg within rack levels, while lifts transfer containers vertically and the software suite coordinates storage, retrieval, buffering and goods-to-person flows.

The system is sold in Enterprise and Micro configurations for warehouses, distribution centres, production buffers and micro-fulfilment sites. ROCKETSOLUTION states a maximum throughput of up to 1,500 storage and retrieval operations per aisle-hour; actual project performance depends on the installed rack, lift, workstation and software configuration.

Dresselhaus selects ROCKETSOLUTION intralogistics system
2023-12-06 - Commercial Order - Dresselhaus selected a 15-shuttle RSX1 system for its Herford logistics center as part of a major modernization of the site. The planned storage design provides about 25,000 locations for loads up to 220 mm using double-sided, four-deep storage in a compact footprint. The system includes central and lateral lifts, conveyor interfaces and an AGV connection, with testing underway before go-live and capacity scalable by adding shuttles.

isklad selects RSX1-Micro for Slovak fulfilment centre
2022-01-18 - Commercial Order - The RSX1-Micro scope covers inbound flow, storage, order picking and packaging in one automated system. The installation uses RS-Rack, RS-Shuttle, RS-Lift and RS-Software components for containers and trays. isklad selected the system to expand storage capacity within the existing footprint and support fluctuating e-commerce demand.
