ROSI robot singulator cell

ROSI is AWL Automation’s robotic singulator for parcel-induction workflows. The cell combines robotic picking, vision-based recognition and flow control to handle variable parcel sizes, shapes, materials and arrival patterns before downstream sortation.

The system is intended to produce a stable, scalable feed with controlled singulation and orientation. AWL integrates the robot, end-of-arm tooling, machine vision, industrial AI and automation software as one parcel-handling cell for e-commerce, delivery, 3PL and warehouse operations.
