Servi
About
About Servi
Servi carries food, drinks and dishes across restaurant dining rooms and back-of-house routes. Its two configurable trays support a combined payload of approximately 66 pounds, while lidar-based navigation guides the robot around staff, customers and furniture.
A full charge supports shifts reaching around 12 hours. Bear Robotics maps the site, configures delivery points and trains staff during deployment. Fleet software coordinates multiple units, and call buttons allow employees to summon a robot for table service or bussing.
