SL400AMR

About

About SL400AMR

SL400AMR is Lantech’s rotary-arm stretch wrapper for pallet-handling systems that use autonomous mobile robots. The pallet remains on the floor while the wrapping arm moves around it, accommodating light, heavy, unstable and mixed-order loads. A predictable pallet interface and clear machine states let integrators coordinate AMR traffic with repeatable wrapping cycles. Lantech made the machine available globally in September 2026.

Its Load Seeking Clamp captures the leading film tail, while TurboTak uses two air blasts to fasten the trailing film to the wrapped load. Load Guardian sets containment force and Pallet Grip secures the load to the pallet. The standard machine is rated for up to 40 loads per hour and a 2,032-millimetre wrap height. Lantech supplies the wrapper with a three-year, unlimited-cycle warranty.

  • Lantech adds three SL400AMR wrappers to Del Papa’s automated pallet workflow

2026-09-22 - Deployment - Block One’s Pallet Factory had operated an unmanned overnight picking and palletizing shift since late 2025. AMRs deliver completed order pallets to the wrappers, then retrieve wrapped loads for movement to the dock. TurboTak film-tail control and Load Seeking Clamp support the unattended wrapping hand-off.
