PF3

PF3 is Stäubli's low-profile mobile robot platform for moving heavy industrial loads. The standard tricycle-drive vehicle carries up to three tonnes, uses laser natural-feature navigation and reaches up to 1.5 m/s in the current data sheet. Its 1,750 × 996 × 350 mm body can travel beneath compatible carriers and production equipment, with positioning accuracy specified at up to ±10 mm or ±5 mm with the optional hybrid navigation package.

An optional lifting unit adds 100 mm of stroke, while pallet adaptors and third-party interfaces support application-specific load handling. The platform uses a 48 V lithium-ion battery with 3.7 kWh usable capacity, a stated minimum eight-hour runtime and inductive floor charging. Safety equipment includes laser scanners, emergency-stop buttons and an LED status strip. Site integration still determines traffic rules, load restraints, transfer interfaces and the completed risk assessment.
