SwarmBot 5

SwarmBot 5 is a small autonomous agricultural platform designed to carry implements through crop rows and open fields. SwarmFarm uses the platform for precision crop-protection application, including individual weed treatment, as well as mowing and slashing on turf farms and between orchard rows. Its light distributed form supports repeated work without converting a conventional tractor into a driverless machine.

Each robot can run its own mission or operate as part of a cooperative fleet. SwarmFarm’s commercial programme has deployed the SwarmBot 5 generation with farmers and agricultural contractors since 2018. Implements and mission software define the final task, allowing the same mobile platform to support different field-maintenance and crop-treatment workflows over its service life.
