About Hadron 640R

Hadron 640R packages two complementary imaging channels for small unmanned aircraft, ground robots and inspection platforms. Its Boson long-wave infrared core produces 640 × 512 radiometric thermal imagery, allowing downstream software to estimate scene temperatures as well as display relative contrast. A 64-megapixel visible camera supplies higher-detail daylight context from the same compact payload assembly.

Teledyne FLIR lists a 56 g mass, approximately 1.8 W steady-state power consumption and IP54 protection for the module. The Hadron family is sold as an OEM integration component, with mechanical files, an engineering datasheet, integration guide and interfaces intended for incorporation into a larger gimbal, vehicle or payload. Detection, inspection and situational-awareness results depend on lens choice, calibration, mounting, image processing and the host platform; the module supplies synchronized visible and thermal data, while host software and the vehicle execute detection, inspection and autonomy.
