temi V3 is a mobile telepresence robot with a tilting 13.3-inch touchscreen that follows a user’s face during interaction. A microphone array supports voice input, while cameras provide video communication and visual sensing. Its navigation system combines lidar, depth cameras, inertial sensing and time-of-flight sensors to locate the robot and avoid obstacles indoors.

Users can save destinations or request a following mode without carrying a separate tracking device. The system separates Linux-based navigation from an Android-based interaction computer, supporting applications alongside robot motion. USB connections accept external cameras and peripherals, while Wi-Fi and optional cellular connectivity link the robot to remote users and services.
