About TerraScout

TerraScout is a diesel-powered autonomous field vehicle carrying eight cameras across a 60-foot imaging swath. It travels at speeds up to 15 miles per hour and captures field imagery at approximately 1–1.5-millimetre ground resolution, with onboard compute converting the data into maps and prescriptions during the mission.

The platform can survey more than 1,000 acres per day and operate for roughly six to seven hours before refuelling. Current models detect rocks and weed pressure, generate rock-picking routes and produce treatment plans for existing sprayers and drones. Integrated lighting, Starlink connectivity and row-following autonomy support day, night and remote operation.
