Third Wave Automation’s Autonomous Reach Truck is a shared-autonomy warehouse forklift for pallet pickup, transport, staging and rack placement. Its perception stack provides 360-degree, centimetre-level 3D coverage to distinguish people, forklifts and loads, while dynamic operating zones can be reconfigured as warehouse layouts change.

The truck supports fully autonomous operation, remote assistance, full teleoperation and conventional manual driving on the same vehicle. Four Third Wave reach trucks ran at Armada Supply Chain Solutions’ Romeoville distribution centre from late 2024 through January 2026, integrated with Blue Yonder WMS. Third Wave reports that the fleet moved 25,863 pallets over 3,849 production hours with 99.94% inventory accuracy.
