About SHS Caged Ball LM Guide

SHS uses four rows of balls arranged at 45 degrees so the guide can carry equal loads from above, below and both sides. The block and rail geometry provides high rigidity while self-adjusting to small mounting errors in precision machinery and robotic axes.

A polymer cage separates the recirculating balls, preventing metal-to-metal contact and retaining lubricant in pockets between them. This reduces noise, wear and maintenance compared with uncaged recirculating guides. SHS sizes from 15 to 65 support machine tools, handling systems and heavy factory-automation equipment.
