The lightweight aircraft combines a 7.3-metre wingspan with electric propulsion and onboard solar generation. In adequate sunlight, UAVOS describes endurance as unconstrained through daylight hours; battery-only endurance is two hours, optionally four.

Mission planning, diagnostics, and remote control are handled over a wireless network connection. The airframe carries up to 0.6 kilograms and uses automatic landing over a defined recovery area rather than a runway-dependent landing system.
