Industrial Palletizer

Vention Industrial Palletizer is an end-of-line cell built around FANUC industrial robots for heavier loads and high-volume handling. Configurations can include multiple picks per cycle, several production lines and different pallet positions. Roller or belt conveyors feed the cell, with integrated guarding, interlocks and sensing around robot operation.

Operators create and change pallet patterns through a graphical interface that supports multiple stock-keeping units. MachineAnalytics provides performance and health monitoring, while camera streaming and recorded playback support troubleshooting. Pallet conveyance and wrapping can also be integrated, extending the application beyond the robot's stacking motion to the movement of completed loads through the end of the line.
