About WISPR SkyScout 2
WISPR SkyScout 2 is a professional quadcopter platform built around survey and inspection payloads rather than a fixed camera. The current product family uses one airframe for the base SkyScout 2 and the SkyScout 2+ package. WISPR specifies RTK as standard, PPK as an upgrade, front and rear obstacle sensing, downward LiDAR terrain following and a quick-attach payload interface.
The published configuration data reports roughly 30 minutes of flight with payload, deployment in under three minutes and operation in winds up to 50 mph. The 2+ package adds the SkyBoss controller, AES-256 encryption, an IP55-rated 2,000-nit display and Blue UAS clearance. Those package-level features remain separated from the base configuration instead of being presented as universal family specifications.
