RockyLight combines an omnidirectional autonomous base with a vertical lifting column and robotic arm for case picking and palletising. The lifting structure allows the arm to work across pallets reaching approximately 2.2 metres while maintaining a compact mobile footprint.
Three-dimensional vision identifies carton geometry and position, while the multi-pick gripper handles several compatible boxes in one cycle. The robot navigates between pallet locations and integrates with warehouse software and conveyors for mixed-SKU fulfilment and inbound workflows.

Timeline
- Blondel Group selects Rocky robots for its French logistics hub
2026-07-07 - Partnership - Blondel Group selected XYZ Robotics’ Rocky robots for its Courcelles-lès-Lens logistics hub, described as the first French 3PL adoption. RockyOne was scheduled to go live in summer 2026 for truck unloading, while Blondel planned a RockyLight pilot from September 2026 for end-of-line mixed-case palletizing. The project adds a line-controller role and sits within Blondel’s plan to invest more than €2.5 million in logistics technology across 2026 and 2027.
