About RockyOne SE
RockyOne SE is a stationary version of XYZ Robotics’ high-capacity mobile manipulator specialised for depalletising and palletising. Three-dimensional perception identifies the size, position and orientation of incoming cartons, while the robot can rotate cases in the air to correct their barcode or final placement direction.
Within XYZ’s inbound system, RockyOne unloads loose cartons, scanners and conveyors identify and sort them, and RockyOne SE builds dense shelf-ready pallets. Planning software evaluates possible placements as each carton arrives and adapts to mixed products without pre-registering every case type. The system has entered operational warehouse deployments and received CE certification.
