About Promobot
Promobot V.4 is a wheeled service robot that speaks with visitors, answers questions and guides them through customer-facing and administrative processes. Deployments can be configured for reception, product consultation, tours, concierge work, registration and medical intake, with movement sensors, a protected metal body and editable speech, gestures and facial expressions.
The wider range includes Robo-C2, a stationary anthropomorphic communications robot, an educational platform and Cyber Cafe service kiosks. Promobot sells configured systems through partners and dealers, supports robot operation seven days a week and offers leasing or part-payment options alongside purchase. The company has ended applications for its separate humanoid project while continuing to market its service-robot range.
