DIU selects Tesseract Ventures for CADDS drone-fleet prototype
The Defense Innovation Unit selected Tesseract Ventures to demonstrate its NOMAD containerized infrastructure for transporting, launching, recovering, refitting and autonomously managing mixed drone fleets.

Evidence notes
- The prototype targets mixed fleets operated with minimal personnel.
- A successful prototype may transition to follow-on production without a new competition.
