About Airwayz

Airwayz operates as a U-space and unmanned-traffic-management layer above individual drone autopilots. It combines strategic route planning with live tactical deconfliction, allowing missions to be adjusted when aircraft, restrictions or operating priorities change after launch.

The software can connect authorities, command centres and different drone-service providers within one operating area. Remote ID and shared telemetry give the system a common traffic picture, while fleet tools support delivery, security and infrastructure missions without requiring every participating aircraft to come from the same manufacturer.

    The demonstration showed Airwayz dynamic UTM/USSP managing drone operations at the Port of Rotterdam, including goods delivered to ships. Multiple drone operators and operating systems were connected through the air traffic management system during the port demonstration. The setup included U-Space airspace integration, dynamic airspace reconfiguration services, ADS-B transmitters and AIS vessel information.
