  • SAFELOG is extending its existing control system as the software provider while SEW-EURODRIVE focuses on mobile, stationary and drive-based automation hardware.
  • SEW-EURODRIVE plans to market the software independently, bundle it with drive technology and integrate it through the MAXOLUTION business.
  • The partners also plan progressive deployment inside SEW-EURODRIVE facilities to validate the system in live factory operations.

SAFELOG develops autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, fleet control and pick-by-light systems for factories and warehouses. Founded near Munich in 1996, it uses decentralised agent-based coordination to scale vehicle fleets without one central controller.
