About Subsea Europe Services
Subsea Europe Services supplies, rents and integrates marine-survey technology for offshore energy, ocean science and coastal-security work. Its offer covers multibeam sonar, inertial navigation systems, acoustic Doppler current profilers and commercial or customised uncrewed surface and underwater vehicles, with installation, training, repair and project support around the hardware.
The company also develops technology in-house, including the C-RECON 13-ES uncrewed surface vessel. Its operating role spans standalone equipment supply and complete hydroacoustic-system integration, allowing survey sensors, positioning equipment and autonomous platforms from different manufacturers to be assembled into a field-ready package.

- 2025-09-09 - Product Launch - Subsea Europe Services introduces C-RECON 13-ES USV
The four-metre all-electric platform is designed for hydrographic survey, environmental monitoring and offshore inspection. A modular carbon-fibre hull supports a 200-kilogram payload and low-logistics launch from small vessels, marinas or beaches. The company's C-KONTROL backbone and tool-free interfaces are designed to simplify sensor installation and mission preparation.

The agreement covers sales and rental to commercial, academic, offshore-survey, defence and government customers. Subsea Europe Services planned to add a Voxometer-XL system to its rental pool by the end of summer 2025. The automated multi-aspect survey system collects multiple data types in one pass and produces near-end-quality vessel-side data.

The round supports an Autonomy Engine, expansion of autonomous surface and underwater fleets, and additional technical hiring. The pilot demonstrated launch and recovery up to Sea State 3 and data acquisition to specified survey requirements. Both autonomous platforms collected actionable data on timelines comparable with crewed survey vessels and work-class ROVs.

The BeeX vehicle inspected monopile foundations, cathodic-protection anodes and cable-protection systems without a human in the loop. Its autonomy engine adapted the mission to currents, visibility and other changing underwater conditions. Geo-referenced condition reports and 3D inspection data were delivered through an integrated cloud platform in near real time.

The 12-foot all-electric USV had completed two days of demonstrations at Hydrographentag 2022 before the rental opening. The integrated platform was designed to collect hydrographic survey data to IHO S-44 standards. Nicola Offshore was named among the first survey companies planning to add the vessel to its service workflow.
