About Allus AI
Allus AI develops a visual-inspection system for manufacturers that need to detect defects, process deviations and unusual conditions from production imagery. Teams define an inspection in natural language, configure the manufacturing-focused AllusONE vision model with representative data, and validate the resulting application against the parts and conditions present on the line.
Inference can run on existing cameras, industrial PCs or robots for real-time decisions close to the process. A cloud layer organises images, results and analysis across equipment or sites, supporting quality inspection, process monitoring and anomaly investigation. Allus also provides implementation work spanning data preparation, model configuration, validation, edge deployment and fleet management for assembly, electronics, semiconductor, food-and-beverage and materials operations.

007 Venture Partners announced its investment in Allus AI and said the oversubscribed seed round also included Tencent, Pioneer, Transpose Platform, Y Combinator and individual technology operators. Allus AI built a one-billion-parameter vision foundation model using more than 1.5 billion industrial, robotics and manufacturing data pairs. The company says its system can be adapted to inspection tasks in minutes and had been deployed on production lines operated by five Fortune 500 manufacturers.
