About

About Boumarang

Boumarang is developing an uncrewed-systems stack around hydrogen fuel cells, autonomy and runway-independent aircraft operations. The Boumarang 150 programme is intended to carry reconnaissance and other mission payloads over longer distances than battery-powered multirotors, while the company has also described maritime drone applications for the same broader technology base.

The Irvine company remains at the development and early-commercial stage. Its public filings describe a business model spanning hardware, leasing and AI analytics, but disclosed production volumes and customer deliveries remain limited. The August 2026 Eva Defense agreement funds a defined prototype programme for jam-resistant sub-55-pound aircraft and a low-rate production plan rather than representing volume deployment.
