Loomis completes acquisition of Burroughs
Loomis AB completed its acquisition of Burroughs through Loomis Holding US, bringing the lifecycle-service provider into Loomis’ U.S. operations.

Company context
Burroughs provides installation, maintenance, technical support and device-lifecycle management for robotic automation, unattended self-service and connected equipment across North America. Its Pudu Robotics partnership covers regional robot rollout and support, while the wider service network manages more than 320,000 devices. Burroughs has operated as a Loomis subsidiary since June 2025.
