About Robotable
Robotable develops food-and-beverage robot systems for commercial kitchens and food-service venues. Its modular integrations cover noodle, frying, beverage and soup or stew preparation, with cell layouts and software adapted to each operating site. The company also runs One Kitchen in Seoul as a live environment for operating multiple food robots and collecting production data.
Since 2024, Robotable has expanded into humanoid cooking research through ZEST, a dual-arm platform built around OpenArm manipulators and a multimodal sensor module. Its current work combines restaurant automation with physical-AI skill development for food preparation and material handling. Founded in 2020, Robotable maintains offices and production or research facilities in Seoul and Changwon.

- 2026-09-04 - Contract Award - Robotable wins KIRIA humanoid public-operations contract
KIRIA selected Robotable through a limited competitive negotiated procurement for transport, setup, operation, visitor response, safety and post-event support. The programme begins September 4 at the 2026 Daegu EXCO multicultural expo. The four platforms are MCR-1A, Neuromeka NAMI, ROBOTIS AI Worker and Robros IGRIS-C.
Source - 2026-05-25 - Product Launch - Robotable unveils ZEST cooking humanoid at NRA Show
ZEST uses two eight-degree-of-freedom OpenArm manipulators. Its multimodal sensing module combines RGB, depth and thermal cameras with an electronic nose and HD microphone. The live demonstration used vision-language-action control to grasp a spatula and stir onions in a pan.
