Its WERX suite coordinates inbound-to-outbound operations through warehouse orchestration, execution and automation management, integrating human work with automated equipment. Modular software components can operate independently or connect through a shared platform to existing enterprise systems.
The company engineers software, robotics and mechatronic modules in-house, then supports installed systems through maintenance, remote assistance and retrofit services. Its customers span apparel, groceries, industrial goods and consumer products. TGW is owned by the TGW Future Private Foundation, with profits supporting reinvestment and educational initiatives.

TGW Logistics won the Piece Picking Robotics category with RovoFlex and the Automated Storage category with its Stingray Shuttle. RovoFlex combines hybrid manual and automatic picking with AI-based process learning and throughput of up to 1,000 picks per hour. Stingray Shuttle supports throughput of up to 1,500 load carriers per hour per aisle and uses regenerative braking with supercapacitors to reduce energy consumption.
