About Innodisk
Innodisk began as an industrial-storage specialist and has expanded into a broader edge-computing group spanning memory, embedded peripherals, cameras, networking and AI systems. The company combines its own hardware and firmware with subsidiaries such as Aetina to support industrial customers from component selection through deployed edge applications.
Robotics exposure centres on rugged compute and data infrastructure rather than robot manufacturing. The APEX family packages accelerated processors, industrial I/O and remote-management capabilities for machine vision and autonomous mobile systems, while the APEX-A100 uses Qualcomm Dragonwing IQ-9075 compute for AGV and AMR workloads.

The APEX Series combines compute, cameras, sensors, storage and I/O for localized industrial AI processing. The APEX-A100 supports up to 100 dense TOPS and Vision-Language Model workloads in a compact industrial system. Innodisk states that the APEX-A100 is designed for long-term availability and support through 2038.
Source - 2026-03-09 - Capability - Innodisk showcases integrated edge-AI and ruggedized camera portfolio for robotics at Embedded World 2026
At Embedded World 2026, Innodisk presented edge-AI computing platforms and ruggedized camera solutions for industrial deployment. Its intelligent mobility system integrates up to eight GMSL2 camera modules for surround-view stitching, object detection, blind-spot detection, and driver monitoring on heavy machinery and vehicles. A synchronized 16-camera deployment demonstrated sensor fusion for robotics and automation, with GMSL2, MIPI, and USB interfaces plus IP67, IP69K, and IK10 protection.
