About Transmin
Established in Perth in 1987, Transmin is a global mining-equipment OEM with systems deployed in more than 60 countries. Its broader catalogue includes feeders, conveyors, rockbreaker booms, isolation gates, reagent plants and aftermarket services, so robotics represents a specialised control and automation layer within a much larger materials-handling business.
RockLogic turns fixed hydraulic rockbreakers into remotely operated, sensor-aware systems for crusher and grizzly stations. Inertial and position sensors place the machine inside a 3D site model, enabling automatic speed control, collision avoidance, diagnostics and repeatable automated movements. The platform can connect multiple machines to remote operations centres, reducing personnel exposure around blocked crushers.

Transmin will represent and promote TH dewatering and filtration solutions in the covered mining markets. The agreement also assigns Transmin management of TH's spare-parts warehouse in Perth. The appointment expands Transmin's mining-services role beyond its own equipment and automation portfolio.

Dyna Engineering brings conveyor equipment and component design, manufacturing and supply capabilities. Transmin said its ConveyorPro brand would be integrated with Dyna's offerings. The acquisition retains Thomas Greaves as Dyna Engineering's General Manager, preserving continuity for customers.
