About Rhoda AI

Rhoda's Direct Video-Action architecture predicts future camera frames and uses a separate inverse-dynamics model to translate those predictions into robot motion. New observations repeatedly close the loop, while a long history of frames helps the robot distinguish stages of a task that look similar in a single image. Inference overlaps with action execution to maintain continuous movement.

Customer proofs of concept include unpacking bearings and separating their packaging, and clearing and collapsing large reusable industrial containers. These tasks combine forceful handling with finer actions on straps, tabs and deformable plastic. Rhoda also develops its own wheeled robot platform, pairing the learned control system with actuators and hardware intended for industrial manipulation.
