About Axera Semiconductor
Axera Semiconductor develops AI inference chips and supporting computing platforms for edge devices, automotive systems and industrial applications. Its proprietary AXNeutron mixed-precision neural processor works alongside the AXProton image-processing engine, with Pulsar2 tools and software-development support helping customers deploy models on local hardware. The company offers silicon, modules, inference cards and servers, allowing robot and machine-vision developers to choose an appropriate level of integration.
The AX8860 family extends this platform to larger language and multimodal models at the edge. Introduced in October 2026, it combines mixed-precision computation, high-bandwidth memory and multi-chip links, while the A256S module packages that capability for integration. Robotics demonstrations include industrial insertion, inspection and dexterous cutting with partner software. These examples show the intended computing role rather than proving that every supported robot application is in volume deployment. Founded in 2019, Axera is listed in Hong Kong under stock code 0600.

Ningbo Yongxin Weihao Phase III and Ningbo Zhenhai Weiyuan Zhenxin Phase I subscribed for new equity. The financing was accompanied by separate transfers of existing shareholder interests. Axera expanded its chip portfolio through the acquisition of Zhejiang Huatu during 2023.
