Banner Engineering supplies the sensing, indication and safety layers used around automated machinery. Its photoelectric, laser, ultrasonic, radar and three-dimensional time-of-flight products detect objects, measure position and monitor material flow. Barcode readers and vision sensors identify parts, while lights, displays and programmable indicators give operators immediate machine status at workstations and production lines.
Safety light curtains, laser scanners, interlocks, emergency stops and configurable controllers protect access to hazardous motion in robot cells, conveyors and palletisers. Industrial wireless nodes, remote I/O and the Snap Signal connectivity system move sensor data into controls and monitoring software without redesigning an entire installation.
