Beam AllCell designs battery packs around applications that cannot use a standard rectangular module. Its engineering team selects cell chemistry, electrical architecture, enclosure and battery-management logic around the available volume, energy requirement, peak power and environment. Patented Phase Change Composite material passively absorbs heat and limits thermal-runaway propagation, while Intelligent Battery Thermal Management adjusts operation around temperature and load.
Drone and robot manufacturers work with Beam from initial requirements through prototype, testing and production. Custom form factors allow a pack to fit around payloads or mechanical structures, while the smart BMS communicates state, faults and charging information to the vehicle.
