About BlueBug Embodied (蓝虫具身)
BlueBug Embodied commercialises modular embodied-robotics technology associated with Xi’an Jiaotong University. Its platform architecture separates the mobile base, waist, arms and head into independently usable modules joined through quick mechanical and electrical interfaces.
The Mantis Standard is positioned as a lower-cost development platform for education, research and task-specific prototyping. Users can begin with a partial configuration and add mobility or manipulation modules later, while compatibility with mainstream embodied-development environments supports teleoperation and software experimentation.

The complete system has 22 degrees of freedom, a seven-kilogram payload per arm and a stated three-hour runtime. Its arms, waist, head and mobile base are independent modules joined through quick mechanical and electrical interfaces. The 1.4-metre platform includes a three-DoF omnidirectional base rated to three metres per second and a waist with 550 millimetres of lift.
