C2RO’s ENTERA platform processes video from existing camera networks through an edge-and-cloud architecture. It tracks anonymous movement and interaction patterns without facial recognition or persistent biometric identity, turning footage into events such as visits, journeys, queueing, staff activity and product engagement.
Retailers and venue operators use dashboards, alerts and APIs to compare traffic, conversion, labour deployment and suspected loss across locations. ENTERA can combine camera-derived behaviour with point-of-sale and RFID information while discarding temporary personal imagery after processing. C2RO supplies the analytics through enterprise deployments and technology partners, allowing organisations to use installed cameras rather than replace the full surveillance infrastructure.
